Here at Colonial, we strongly promote physical and mental exercise to keep our residents in optimal health and with a bright mind.  We have created a calendar offering heaps of fun activities for all our residents regardless of mobility and physical endurance. They will never get bored, as we update our calendars frequently using resident input.
