Rich Lecomte
Chief Financial Officer
Rich LeComte has over 20 years of financial services experience. He started his career at the global accounting and consulting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLC in Irvine, California. Following his time at the firm, Rich moved back to Florida to pursue a career in Banking; working for regional and super-regional banks focused on the Middle-Market Healthcare and Seniors Housing segments. The last 10 years in Seniors Housing gave him direct experience in deal origination, capital formation, portfolio management, legal negotiations, and process workflow. Rich used this opportunity to work with a variety of Seniors Housing operators throughout the County and has learned best-practices and procedures to ensure the successful financial management of a community, all while maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting for the bank groups and investors.
Rich graduated with a BSBA and MBA in Finance from the University of Florida as well as completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Pennsylvania
