Ken Soloway
VP, Colonial Assisted Living
Ken Soloway serves as Vice President of Colonial Assisted Living, working closely with community leaders to strengthen operations, support staff, and improve the resident experience. Since joining Colonial in 2014 and becoming Vice President in 2020, Ken has helped guide the organization’s growth through operational improvements, technology initiatives, and community development.
Ken brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, with an emphasis on accountability, teamwork, and follow-through. His work spans assisted living and skilled nursing operations, helping teams meet the daily demands of senior care while creating welcoming communities for residents and their families.
Before joining Colonial, Ken held leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, with experience in emergency management, organizational operations, and business development. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he brings the same commitment to service and responsibility to his work in senior living. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College.
